“ Drinks were alright but the highlight of this place is their lemon parm wings they literally tasted like my moms lemon chicken. They also have trivia!! ”
“ Maybe the best pub food I've had in the city. Truly. First of all, the poutine was INCREDIBLE with an array of delectable spices atop the usual ingredients. And then the burger... for the life of me I can't remember the name of the burger, but its core flavor feature is having peanut sauce on it which is not something I've had on a burger before and it blew my mind!! Went here with a friend after a workout so we showed up hungry and it was one of the best meals I've had in recent memory. If you're craving pub food with more sophisticated flavors than usual, look no further. Service was lightning-fast, dimly-lit ambiance was fantastic and it was also relatively quiet (we were there around 7pm on a Friday), and all of these factors combined into a picture-perfect post-workout bite with my friend. Love love LOVE! ”
“ Aesthetic AF! Really cool woods themed bar/ restaurant. Found this gem on my lunch break stroll. Bartender was really nice. He recommended The Fox & The Hound, which was amazingggg! Mezcal, hibiscus, lemon juice and a hint of ginger. Don't usually like ginger but this was amazing. Ordered the lunch special savage wings ”
“ Came here on a Saturday afternoon for something quick to eat. Few people were there and more came in as the time went on. The decor was giving Halloween but it's cool vibe. Service was good. They have a great variety of flavored wings. Both my boyfriend and I got wings each. Although we ordered one side of fries it wasn't enough to share so we got another order, it's small serving in my opinion. Wings were great (I believe we got buffalo wings and specialty wings). Only gave 4 stars because we didn't try any alcoholic drinks. Overall it's a decent place to return. More so for light dinner/after work type of vibe. ”
“ This is more of a take out review than dine in. I decided to host a Hot Ones challenge and needed 100 wings last minute (like in 2 hours). I searched around the area and The Huntress seemed to be the place that can do the job. They didn't really have a direct line or I couldn't reach anyone by phone so I had to go in and hope for the best. Once I arrived I spoke to the bartender who didn't seemed phased that I need that many wings in 2 hours. They checked inventory and said it was fine! They even got my number so they could text me when it was ready. I couldn't do the smoke option since it was too last min but the fried wings were perfect. They got everything ready in an hour and the wings were amazing. Juicy and crisp. 10/10 would order from them again. ”
“ I've heard of The Huntress from other yelp reviewers so I was definitely excited when this spot was chosen for our girls night out. The happy hour has some pretty good cocktails (strong, priced well). We were there earlier in the day so it wasn't too crowded. The in door space is a decent size and there is covered outdoor seating as well. I was all about the wings here because of the other reviews but I wasn't wowed. Now I will eat wings when given the opportunity but the hype of the snow wings didn't hit me the way it did other reviewers, it tasted just like plain bbq wings. I really liked the Smokey wings and the ones with the dry rub. The fries were bangin btw. I'll def be back to try a burger and update my review. ”
“ Simply one or the best burger I've ever had in my life! Sat down at the bar after a meeting, to avoid the traffic out of LIC back home. The bartender immediately started by greeting me with a friendly hello and a glass of water. He suggest I try the maple old fashion, and it was so comforting and perfect for the rainy night. The Huntress one of the coolest bars, with a fantasy feel. Antlers literally darn the walls. Love the theme and the super cool environment you feel when walking in. For my meal, I chose the Trixie with a side salad. Before biting into my burger I took a few forkfuls of the salad. A light balsamic dressing drizzled in some mixed greens and cucumbers. And then I bit into my burger. The the molasses glaze dripping down the burger and bun cuts the heat of the spicy pepper slaw and makes me look like a spice champ! The goat cheese melts into the perfectly blended burger where you almost think it's not there, but then you get the hint of creaminess. Literally coming back next week, but the question is -- Do I get the same burger?? ”
